    It is the vision, dream, hard work, a great deal of sacrifice, commitment faith and perseverance of our Seychelles community in exile, draft outline we left in Angers - Loire 1989, aspects of old Seychelles Colonial friendship, already established seychelles community across EU which led to the founding of FECAS - ECSVS finally in 1991 : C'est la vision, le rêve, le travail dur, une grande affaire de sacrifice, foi d'engagement et persévérance de notre communauté des Seychelles dans l'exil, projet sommaire que nous avons deposer a Angers- Loire 1989, aspects de la vieille amitié coloniale des Seychelles, la communauté déjà établie des Seychelles à travers l'EU qui a mené à la fondation de FECAS - ECSVS finalement en 1991

  • Sechelles - Seychelles Community Meetings, Lectures, Workshops etc.. across EU cities, towns
    It is now nearly 2 years since our Seychelles EU community have had a web presence - where our children, youth, young parents, elders can /have visited and relearn the lost past very rich ancestral heritage, archaic, christian cultural heritage. Including those from other European nations married to our nation country man and woman. Then the many institutions in EU, government officials and agencies, NGO and voluntary organizations and agencies , religious and business bodies . WE BELIEVE THE TIME HAVE COME NOW WHERE GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS, THOSE WITH CERTAIN KNOWLEDGE, EXPERTISE, SKILLS AND DEDICATION CAN TRAVEL ACROSS THE EU, VISIT AND MEET OUR COMMUNITIES AND THOSE INVOLVE WITH THEM AT ALL LEVELS OF THEIR FUNCTIONINGS - IN ACCORDANCE WITH EU LAWS, DIRECTIVES AND GUIDANCE, CONTRIBUTE TO BUILDING OUR COMMUNITIES IN EU.   • Regional Indian Ocean greater exile/refugee issues
    Having stated time and time again our research by UNIDO/World Bank to set up an Indian Ocean Industrial Investment Promotion Centre - then Cold War, world refugee/exile issues in Austria. The approach, attituide, benchmark of the COI Member states government, national Institutions towards the issues of exile/refugee. We went/have gone on to help/set in place the IOR Association - again the dimension of the regional exile/refugee problematic, challenges and the International Institutions - attitude and approach. Beside those nations from the G20 and so forth corrupted practice and their media involvements. We have created this space not just for the Sechelles Seychelles 21,000 - 25,000 exile/refugee everybody choose to ignore. But for the greater exile/refugee issues of the Regional Indian Ocean.

    We began to adopt and develop due networks, structures, expertise back in 1978/9 for the past 36 years our contributions to Seychelles building, regional Indian Ocean Nations workings, empowering - contribution to working and building democracy. Our community have been at the fore front of alternative economic, cross culture nation working with the former COMECON, Russia the role we have played and input - lending to the BRICS world alternative economic, social and cross culture workings.

    Nous avons commencé à adopter et développer des réseaux en raison , structures, expertise de retour en 1978/9 pour les 36 dernières années, nos contributions au renforcement des Seychelles , le fonctionnement régional océan Indien Nations , l'autonomisation - contribution au travail et renforcement de la démocratie . Notre communauté a été à l'avant-garde de solution de rechange économique , croix nation de culture de travail avec l'ancien COMECON , Russie le rôle que nous avons joué et entrée - prêts au monde BRICS autres travaux de culture économiques, sociaux et croisées .

    We have issues and have had issues not just in Britain, across the continent with this subject back in 1978 those who perceive us just little Seychellois, with white beaches and coconuts heads - what is written in so call History books any endeavor to portray and present our self differently the strong opposition, those who program nation, their institution and objectives be they French historian and British. That is why we became and independent nation. To note we have presented the public topics first then the Community Forum space - we look forward to other moderator joining us and sharing this space and views on this topic and situation.
